These terms explain what you're getting when you buy the Foundry Skill or work with VLVT Studios, what you can do with it, and what we're both responsible for. Please read before purchasing or hiring us.

1. Who we are

VLVT Studios ("VLVT," "we," "us," "our") is a creative studio based in Los Angeles, California. We build brand identities for clients and we produce and sell digital tools including the Foundry Skill. You can reach us at hello@vlvtstudios.net.

2. What Foundry is

Foundry is a digital product — a skill file installable inside Anthropic's Claude AI assistant. It runs a guided, multi-agent workflow that helps you create brand identity assets. Foundry is a tool that requires your input, judgment, and creative direction. It does not replace design skill, brand strategy expertise, or professional consultation.

3. Purchase and delivery

• Foundry is a one-time digital purchase.
• Delivery is instant after successful payment. You'll receive an email with a download link and installation instructions.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. VLVT does not store your payment information.
• Any promotional pricing ("launch pricing," discounts, or bundled offers) is time-limited and honored only during the stated window.

4. License and use

When you purchase Foundry, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the skill file. This means:

• You can use Foundry to create brand identities for yourself, your business, your employer, or your clients.
• You can use, publish, sell, and commercially license any brand assets you create with Foundry.
• You can install Foundry on your personal or work devices as long as it's you using it.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Foundry skill file itself.
• You cannot reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompts and system architecture to create derivative or competing tools.
• You cannot claim authorship of Foundry itself or represent that you built the tool.

5. Updates and access

All future updates to the Foundry Skill are included with your purchase for the lifetime of the product. As AI tools evolve, we update Foundry to work with new models, workflows, and capabilities — you get every version at no additional cost. If the product is ever retired or replaced, we'll notify you by email and offer a reasonable path forward.

6. AI limitations and disclaimers

Foundry runs inside third-party AI systems (Claude, image generation models, and others). AI output is inherently variable. VLVT does not guarantee that any specific creative output will meet your expectations, be free from errors, be commercially viable, or work as intended for your specific brand or business. You are responsible for reviewing all output and making final creative and commercial decisions.

7. Third-party services

Foundry is designed to work with Anthropic's Claude and may reference or integrate other tools (Midjourney, Gemini, Nano Banana, and others). These are independent products with their own terms, pricing, and availability. VLVT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Their availability may change and could affect how Foundry works over time.

8. Studio services

Separate from Foundry, VLVT provides brand identity design, campaign production, and creative direction services. Studio service engagements are governed by individual project agreements signed at the start of each project. Nothing on this site constitutes a service contract until both parties sign a written scope of work.

9. Intellectual property

The Foundry Skill, this website, VLVT branding, and all original content on this site are owned by VLVT Studios and protected by copyright and trademark law. The brand identities and creative work in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission or under standard promotional use.

10. Testimonials and results

Any customer counts, testimonials, or results shown on this site reflect the specific experiences of individual users. Your results depend on your input, taste, effort, and the specific application. VLVT does not guarantee income, business results, or any specific outcome from using Foundry.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLVT Studios and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Foundry, this website, or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify purchasers by email when appropriate. Continued use of Foundry or our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
