• Reproduce, copy, or repackage the course materials as your own product
• Share login credentials or grant access to non-purchasing parties
• Use the course materials in any unlawful way or to compete with VLVT Studios directly

All intellectual property contained in the course — including frameworks, prompts, templates, video content, and written materials — remains the property of VLVT Studios.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the full amount of the purchase, including any applicable taxes.

Promotional pricing, launch pricing, and limited-time offers are valid only during the stated promotional window. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Refunds

6. Community Conduct

If you are granted access to the VLVT Studios private community, you agree to engage respectfully with other members. We reserve the right to remove any user from the community without refund for behavior including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, spamming, sharing course materials externally, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community.

7. Results Disclaimer

The Services are educational in nature. Any results, income, or business outcomes referenced on the Site or within the course are examples only. Your individual results will depend on factors including but not limited to your effort, skill, market conditions, and circumstances. 8. Third-Party Tools

The course references and instructs the use of third-party tools and platforms (including but not limited to Claude, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Weavy, Photoshop, and others). VLVT Studios is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms of service. Pricing, availability, and features of third-party tools are subject to change at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLVT Studios, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VLVT Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
