Foundry is an 8-agent pipeline that runs inside Claude. Give it a moodboard and a short brief and it builds a complete brand identity — strategy, a logo system, packaging, and a full set of art-directed image prompts — pausing for your approval at every step.

FOUR STEPS

  1. Download the FOUNDRY.skill file from the button above.
  2. In Claude, click your name in the bottom right → Settings.
  3. Navigate to Customize → Skills → Add.
  4. Upload the file — it installs the skill automatically.
ONE SETTING FIRST —  Turn on Code execution & file creation under Settings → Capabilities. Foundry writes your deliverables as files, so it needs this switched on.

Before you start — what to have ready

THE TWO INPUTS

Foundry runs on two things. Get these right and the rest follows.

Moodboard Required

8–15 reference images showing the world you're after — the color, the light, the type, the energy. This is the DNA the whole brand is built from. A line or two on each image helps Foundry read your intent.

Brief Required

No document needed — just type it. Cover the brand name, what it sells, who it's for, the tone, any visual direction, and which deliverables you want (packaging, social, video, and so on).

Product photo Optional

Only if the product already exists. You won't need it to start — you'll upload it to your image tool later, alongside the prompts Foundry writes.

Running it

START A BUILD

  1. Open a new chat in Claude.
  2. Upload your moodboard images, then type or paste your brief.
  3. Type /foundry.
  4. Approve each step as it goes. Foundry pauses between every agent — you review, say go, and it continues. Prefer it to decide something? Tell it to, and it will.

Where the prompts go

Foundry writes the prompts; you generate the work in whatever tools you like. Run the image prompts through any photo-generation tool — upload your product photo alongside them if you have one. If you want, ask Foundry for Midjourney prompts too; Midjourney is especially strong for logo marks. Video prompts work in any video model. Set the aspect ratio in the tool, not in the prompt.
