This page explains what specific marketing claims mean and what they don't guarantee. We publish this so you know exactly what we're saying and what you should reasonably expect from the Foundry Skill and our studio services.
1. General disclaimer
All marketing content on VLVT Studios' website, social media, product pages, emails, and promotional materials represents our honest belief about the value and capabilities of Foundry and our services. Individual results depend on your input, taste, effort, workflow, and specific application. Nothing on our site is a guarantee of specific business, creative, financial, or personal outcomes.
2. Specific claims on the Foundry Skill product page
This figure represents the approximate cumulative total of purchasers of the Foundry Skill (including previous versions, when known as Genesis). It is not a guarantee that any specific number of active users are currently building brands. Actual usage varies from day to day.
The Foundry Skill is designed to be usable in a single focused session (approximately 6–10 hours of engaged work). Actual time to complete depends on the complexity of your idea, the number of iterations you choose to make, your familiarity with Claude and creative tools, and the depth of refinement you pursue. Some projects take multiple sessions.
This is a general characterization of typical brand identity project timelines in professional studios. Individual project timelines vary widely based on scope, revision cycles, team size, and client needs. We are not asserting a specific hour-for-hour equivalence.
Whether Foundry helps you take on more work or launch faster depends entirely on your workflow, existing capacity, client acquisition ability, and how you integrate the tool into your practice. This is not a guarantee of increased revenue or business results.
This reflects general feedback from individual users. It is not a promise, projection, or guarantee that any specific user will double their capacity or income. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control.
Foundry is designed with prompt frameworks and visual DNA systems that reduce the appearance of generic AI output. Actual visual quality depends on your inputs, references, judgment, and the third-party AI models Foundry integrates with — all of which are outside VLVT's direct control.
Purchase includes ongoing updates as we develop them. "For life" means for as long as the Foundry Skill remains an active product offered by VLVT Studios. If we retire or replace the product, we'll notify purchasers by email and offer a reasonable transition path, which may include access to a successor product or another equivalent option.
Purchasers who buy at any given price will not be charged additional fees for existing product access if we raise the price for new purchasers. This does not apply to entirely separate new products, add-ons, or successor products, which may be priced independently.
3. AI-generated output disclaimer
Foundry runs inside third-party AI systems — including Anthropic's Claude and image generation tools such as Midjourney and Nano Banana. AI output is inherently variable and probabilistic. VLVT does not guarantee that any specific output will be original, distinctive, commercially viable, free from resemblance to existing works, legally clearable for trademark or copyright, or suitable for any particular business or creative purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it commercially and for conducting any necessary trademark, copyright, or legal clearance yourself.
4. Studio services disclaimer
References to studio services, past client work, and portfolio pieces do not constitute an offer to provide the same results, timelines, or deliverables to new clients. All studio work is governed by individual project agreements signed at the start of each engagement.
5. Testimonials and case studies
Any testimonials, quotes, or case studies shared on our site or social media represent individual user experiences and are not typical of all users. Your experience with Foundry may differ significantly from any specific testimonial shown.
6. Third-party trademarks
References to Anthropic, Claude, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Gemini, Stripe, Shopify, and other third-party products or services on our site are made for descriptive purposes only. VLVT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on our site constitutes legal, tax, financial, business, or professional advice. If you're making significant business decisions based on brand work you create with Foundry — including trademark filings, product launches, or major financial commitments — consult qualified professionals.
